Twittermeter is a static website. There are no accounts, comments or sign-up forms, and the site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
The post meter
Text you type or paste into the meter on the home page is measured by JavaScript running in your own browser. It is not uploaded, logged or sent to us or anyone else. The copy button puts the text on your device's clipboard and nowhere else. When you close or reload the page, the draft is gone.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use that data to identify or profile visitors.
If you write to contact@twittermeter.com, we use your address and message only to reply to you. We don't add anyone to a mailing list and we don't share your details.
Children
The site doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Some guides link to sources such as X's help center and developer documentation. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
